Currently at Smartsheet as a Solutions Consultant, I lead implementations across various industries — each project is a new adventure where I get to apply my passion for technology and strategic planning. My journey began with a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia followed by an MBA from the University of Iowa. These experiences laid the foundation for my career in tech.
At Smartsheet, I've had the opportunity to work closely with over 20 clients, helping them optimize their software usage which resulted in an impressive average annual revenue increase of $50K per account. It's incredibly rewarding to see how these improvements can transform businesses and drive success. Before this role, I designed cloud-based solutions at DropStream for more than 15 client projects — each one tailored to meet specific needs while modernizing operational efficiency.
My earlier experiences have also shaped my approach today. At Oversight, I deployed tailored configurations using Oracle SQL that improved financial report readability and boosted error detection by over 50%.
